Sharp offers 3 categories of solar module:
A. Monocrystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Modules -
These modules are designed for applications with a high power requirement. They produce a sustained, reliable yield even under demanding deployment conditions A module efficiency of up to 14.1% can be achieved (using the NU series panel).
They are typically used in:
- Grid-coupled PV systems
- Grid-independent systems
- On-roof PV systems (roof parallel)
- On-roof PV systems (on stilts)
- Open air PV systems
There are two types of module that fall into this category.
1) NT series of solar modules are designed for applications with a high power requirement.
These monocrystalline quality modules produce a sustained, reliable output regardless of the application conditions.

All Sharp NT series modules offer optimal system integration – both technically and economically – and are suitable for installation in grid-coupled systems.

technically and economically – and are suitable for installation in

2) NU series of photovoltaic modules is designed for applications with a high power requirement.
