The Rolls 4000 and 5000 series are flooded-deep cycle batteries with double insulated positive plates to eliminate any possibility of separator misalignment or shorting of the plates (bottom or side shorting). These batteries have an increased liquid reserve level thus reducing refill intervals.

Rolls Ratings - The 4000 Series are rated for an average 10-year life cycle and the 5000 series are rated up to 15-year life cycle.

The Series 4000 Energy Battery Range
The Rolls Series 4000 batteries are available in monobloc or dual container, 6V, 8V or 12V configuration and offer a wide range of capacities. Used in a variety of applications including renewable energy and marine, they have a long life expectancy and one of the longest warranty periods, each battery carries a 2-year free replacement warranty (FOB factory) and includes an 84 month adjustment form the date of installation. The 4000 series are supplied with rope carrying handles.

The Series 5000 Energy Battery Range
Rolls have been manufacturing batteries for over 60 years and have built a reputation on the reliability, durability and easy maintenance of its product. The Series 5000 all have a dual container construction and the high-density polyethylene material maximizes durability, eliminating acid leaks even if the outer container ruptures. The unique "resistox" plate design offers more resistance to corrosion and maximizes the life of the battery. The life expectancy of Rolls 5000 batteries are amongst the longest in the industry.
The 5000 series battery is constructed in a non-breakable modular dual container with handles moulded into the outer case.
