Standard Terms and Conditions
When you buy from this website you are buying from WireFreeDirect Ltd trading as Bright Green Energy.
All purchased goods are supplied with a full 14 day, money back guarantee.
All UK orders will be delivered within 7 days.
Telephone callers can order next day delivery, but there is an additional charge.
Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched.
1. Damaged or faulty goods
If an item is received damaged or becomes faulty within 14 days from the date of purchase, please return it to us in its original packaging and in its original condition for an exchange or refund. Damaged goods must not be used after they are opened and discovered to be damaged. If damaged goods are used then this constitutes that you have accepted the goods and they cannot be returned.
Returns Policy
We are more than happy to provide a full refund or exchange (less postage and packing) on all goods purchased from us if they are returned to us in good condition and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds
Refunds will only be made to the person or company that originally purchased the goods. Payment will be made according to the original payment method. Please note that Postage and Packing will only be refunded for faulty/damaged or incorrectly supplied item.

2. Purchase Policy
All orders accepted by Bright Green Energy constitutes a contract of sale
subject to the following terms and conditions. Bright Green Energy accepts
an order when the customer submits certain information and this includes,
personal identification, payment method and delivery details.
Bright Green Energy shall not be bound by the order until the customer accepts
our terms and conditions. If goods are sent for delivery then the terms and
conditions are accepted.
3. Postal, Packing and Carriage charges We use standard postal rates for all deliveries and our delivery charges are outlined below. These charges will be confirmed and displayed on orders accepted by Bright Green Energy. Postal charges are determined by weight and apply for all goods up to, but not exceeding, 15g within the UK mainland. For pricing outside of the UK, please contact us direct.
Our standard delivery charge is £9.00 for next day delivery.

4. Prices Goods are invoiced at the prices listed at the time of ordering. You will be immediately notified of any item that is out of stock at the time of ordering and before shipment you will be notified of any change to the ordered price. All prices are exclusive of VAT in Pounds and Euros.
Every effort is made to maintain the prices shown, however Bright Green Energy reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery times are for guide and estimation only. Every effort will be made to despatch goods on time and no liability can be accepted for failure to deliver within the advertised and specified times. Bright Green Energy will not be liable for any loss or damage (including consequential loss) arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of all or any of the goods.
5.2 If Bright Green Energy fails to deliver the ordered goods, then the customer will not be charged for these goods. WireFreeDirect's liability for all losses caused by failure to deliver the goods is limited to the price of the goods ordered.
5.3 The Customer shall be bound to accept the goods when they are ready for delivery by Bright Green Energy and delivery shall be deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the customer at the nominated address for delivery or to a nominated carrier as the case may be whereupon the risk of loss, breakage or any other damage whatsoever shall pass to the customer
5.4 If for any reason the customer cannot accept delivery of the goods at the time when the goods are due and ready for delivery Bright Green Energy may either store the goods pending actual delivery and costs will be borne by the customer. After a period of time, Bright Green Energy may sell the goods after deducting storage and selling expenses.
5.5 If for any reason the Customer refuses a delivery, a charge will be levied for returning the delivery to Bright Green Energy.
6. Payment terms
6.1 Currently, Bright Green Energy do not operate credit accounts at this time.
6.2 Please note when paying for orders with a credit/debit card, that your card is charged at the moment you place the order.
7. Product specifications and details
Whilst Bright Green Energy will make every endeavour to deliver the goods as they are advertised or displayed on the web site or any other medium, we reserve the right, without prior notice, to vary the specification of any goods without any liability arising directly or indirectly from any such variation. However, Bright Green Energy will do all that it can to ensure that goods delivered are as near as possible to the goods specified.
8. Supply
In the event that Bright Green Energy is unable to supply goods as ordered, then Bright Green Energy reserves the right to supply goods of equal or superior quality comparable to or compatible with the goods ordered at the same price. In the event that the goods ordered by the customer become obsolete, Bright Green Energy reserves the right to offer the customer a substitute that may be at a higher price.
9. Property and title
No property or title to goods shall pass from Bright Green Energy to the customer unless and until the full amount of the value of the goods has been paid to WireFreeDirect and the customer shall indemnify Bright Green Energy against any loss or damage to the goods prior to the passing of property therein whilst received by the customer.
10. Force Majure
10.1 In the event that Bright Green Energy is prevented from delivering goods due to any circumstance beyond its control such as, but not limited to Acts of God, War, Strikes, Floods, Strikes, Terrorism, abnormal weather conditions, Government action, fire, accidents, shortage of materials, delays by suppliers, labour or manufacturing facilities and failure of third parties to deliver goods. Bright Green Energy shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities under such contract for sale for as long as such fulfilment is prevented.
10.2 If Bright Green Energy is prevented from carrying out its obligations we will notify the customer within 14 days beginning the delivery date.
11. Trade Names 11.1 Indications of trade names or marks (other than those of Bright Green Energy) on any documentation of Bright Green Energy are not restricted to indications of manufacture but may be indicative of general use of systems, products etc and associated with the use of such products.
11.2 Any software supplied to the customer by Bright Green Energy comes with a licence to use the software from the manufacturer. The customer must comply with the software licence terms in addition to Bright Green Energy’s terms and conditions.
12. Cancellation
Under normal circumstances goods are despatched the same day on receipt of order. Depending on the status of your order, we may be able to cancel it. However, Bright Green Energy reserves the right not to accept cancellation of orders. If for any reason an order is refused at the point of delivery, a charge will be levied for returning the delivery to the warehouse.

13. Warranty
All goods sold by Bright Green Energy are warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship. If Bright Green Energy shall receive a written complaint from a customer in respect of goods found to be defective within the manufacturers warranty period, Bright Green Energy, after it has had a reasonable time to investigate and examine the goods in dispute shall be entitled at its option to repair or replace the defective goods or refund the purchase price.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.) We collect information about you to enable us to process your order and provide the best possible customer service.
We will never ever provide your details to any third party without your express written permission. As a customer of Bright Green Energy you may receive promotional mailings from which you can remove yourself. All promotional mailings (email newsletters etc) are opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
15. Liability
15.1 Bright Green Energy shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any consequential or indirect loss however it is caused.
16. Health And Safety At Work Act 1974
In compliance with the above legislation Bright Green Energy confirms that the goods supplied by Bright Green Energy do not present a hazard to health and safety when properly used for the purpose for which they are designed.
17. Consumer Selling Directive
The Distance Selling directive provides a cooling off period and an unconditional right to cancel during that period. This period ends seven working days after the day of receipt of the goods (working days excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.) The customer must request a return under this directive in writing (fax, email or letter) within the 7 day cooling off period.
